Security Details of Akshay Kumar
Like many Bollywood celebrities, including Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar maintains a personal security team due to his high public profile and past threat alerts. His security arrangements include armored vehicles and trained personnel, though exact details are not publicly disclosed.
The actor has been regularly seen with his security team around Mumbai, most recently during the BMC elections, ensuring safety in public spaces. The convoy involved in the accident was part of routine security measures to escort family members safely through the city’s traffic.

Comments ranged from worry about the driver’s health to discussions on road safety in busy areas like Juhu, where traffic congestion and high-speed vehicles often lead to accidents.
Bollywood Convoy Safety
High-profile Bollywood stars often travel with security convoys due to their fame and potential threats. However, incidents like these raise questions about convoy safety and the impact on ordinary commuters. Police have reiterated the need for careful driving, especially in residential and busy city areas, to avoid accidents and injuries.
The involvement of a star’s security vehicle highlights the challenges of managing traffic around celebrity convoys and ensuring that public safety is not compromised.
Autorickshaw Drivers and Public Risk
In Mumbai, autorickshaw drivers frequently face risks due to dense traffic and reckless driving. While high-profile convoys are meant to provide security for celebrities, such incidents can endanger ordinary drivers who may not be able to anticipate the speed or movement of luxury vehicles.
The accident has sparked debates online about fair compensation and safety measures for autorickshaw drivers who are often at the mercy of high-speed vehicles on city roads.
